Who We Are

The Adventures Edit provides travel planning and advisory services. We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, or other travel suppliers. Bookings and payments are processed through Fora Travel, Inc. (“Fora”) and/or the underlying suppliers. All bookings are subject to Fora’s and the supplier’s terms and conditions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Website or Services.

Bookings & Payments

• Payments are collected and processed by Fora and/or the travel supplier.

• Prices, availability, cancellation rules, and refunds are set by suppliers and/or Fora.

• Quotes are estimates only until confirmed.

• Planning fees paid to The Adventures Edit (if applicable) are nonrefundable once work begins.

Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Meeting all passport, visa, vaccination, and entry/exit requirements.

• Purchasing adequate travel insurance (strongly recommended).

• Understanding that travel involves inherent risks.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by the supplier’s policies and Fora’s policies. Some fares are nonrefundable.

Third-Party Services & Links

We may link to third-party sites or use affiliate links. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Intellectual Property

All Website content (text, images, logos) belongs to The Adventures Edit or licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Website and Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. The Adventures Edit is not liable for losses, damages, or injuries related to your use of the Website, travel bookings, or travel experiences.
